We are a family of 3 children. We stayed at the 2-bedroom apartment. It was nice and clean althrough it is starting to show some aging compared to 4 years ago, the last time we stated there. However, we stil enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended for any family. We did not utilize the hotel's facilities that much so I can't comment on them. But the apartment is dfinitly recommended for any family. The kitchen is big and well equipped. Flat screen TVs in the two rooms + Living room. Private bath in every room plus one for the whole apartment.
As I said earlier, the apartment we stayed at started to show some aging, but we still enjoyed our stay. The only thing I did not like was the high Internet rates, I think they are extremly high.

The hotel staff was polite and I received an upgrade to club and immediate check-in at 9 in the morning as I was leaving at night. The hotel is next to the tube station (3 minutes walk). There is a place near the tube station where you can use internet for 5 dirhams per hour. Stay in the open-air pool on the top floor while seeing the planes landing and taking off
Remeber to add 20% taxes to the price of the booking. The price of internet in the hotel is really expensive. Dubai in June was extremely hot

The units are huge, good-sized with clean atmosphere, bathrobe in the lobby plus 3 bedrooms. Pretty decent breakfast for vegetarians, thanks a lot. The location is nice, and the area is crowded near restaurants and pubs.

The breakfast offered was savory and pretty decent with cheese. The room was very good sized with a balcony and had all the essentials required. The hotel is located in a central area right by the metro, close to the airport, and cafes.

Room was very nice with high grade of luxury and size. Perfect bed and nice bathroom. Lobby staff was very polite, professional and helpful
The aircondition in the room could not go less than 21degC which was too warm for good sleep. No proper sealing around door made noise and voices from hall into room. Coakroaches seen in bathroom. Internet access should be included in room price

Hard not to rate this hotel 10/10.Servicce was outstanding-landed at abt 02.30am and though we werent booked into the afternoon the staff found a room by 6 am after a checkout and had it serviced for us-real helpful-concierge staff-upgraded to 3 bedrooms at no extra cost.Would I pay full price no but at a discounted rate with an excellent breakfast and staff that bent over backwards hard to go past-close to fast food and a small supermarket

Extremely friendly staff and overall pleasant environment
The breakfast service was attended by an excellent staff, however, the Hotel need to emphasize on dedicating comfortable dining furniture and a wider selection of food in the buffet rather than a menu.
